Just a quick note to say that I’ve chosen Twitter as the social media platform I will research, explore and blog about this semester.
Why?
Well, there are a number of reasons.
Firstly, although I have had a Twitter page for nearly two years now, I still feel like I haven’t really used the platform properly or explored its full potential. In short, I’d like to find out more about why it is so popular and what people get out of it.
Secondly, I would like to look at Twitter from a business point of view. How can Twitter be useful as a promotion tool for businesses – and what kinds of things do businesses need to do to make sure they use it to their best advantage?
